North American organization eUnited confirmed the signing of 24-year-old Austin "Cooper-" Abadir who will be new main AWPer for the squad, while Brandon "Ace" Winn will be loaned out to Swole Patrol.
Cooper created a team alongside his older brother Ryan "freakazoid" Abadir (former Cloud9 player) and some of the well known USA players such as Braxton "swag" Pierce, Edgar "MarKE" Jimenez and Jordan "Zellsis" Montemurro from Swole Patrol.
However, shortly after Dust2.us and HLTV.org reported on the move, freakazoid took it to Twitter and his personal stream to emotionally vent about the team's loss of his brother to eUnited. On the stream, Ryan revealed that Cooper- had initially been contacted by the organisation "three to four weeks ago", where he allegedly turned the offer down, before they sent him a better one when Swole Patrol went to play EPICENTER 2018. It will be interesting to watch how Cooper will take his lifetime chance and make his dream come true to compete against the best team in the world.
