Apex Legends is rapidly growing as a new esports discipline, and 100 Thieves recently announced that they are recruiting players of the game. Both players and content creators are welcome to submit their application through a Google form.
The questions in the form are relatively simple, though some of them require an extended answer. You will need to share how many Twitter, Twitch, Instagram and YouTube followers you have.
100 Thieves wasn’t the first team to jump on the Apex Legends train and began recruiting players. NRG Esports have also started accepting submissions from gamers, who want to break into esports. Some people, on the other hand, are skeptical about the Apex Legends as an esports game.
After the release on February 4, it took Apex Legends just 72 hours to reach whopping 10 million players. The game is on everyone’s mouths these days because it’s free and very polished since day one (hello, PUBG), and when you shoot in enemies, they don’t suddenly turn into a fortress (hi there, Fortnite).
Twitch has already hosted a tournament in Apex Legends, and it even spawned a shadow of controversy between Dr Disrespect and Ninja. You can check out the details about the event here.
