Xtreme Performance Lab (XPL) will exhibit its new esports performance improvement technology at the eSports Business Summit. The event will take place from September 10-12 at MGM Grand, Las Vegas.
The NeuroPod PRO is an esports assessment system that will deliver a combination of neurofeedback and biofeedback training to any location in the world through the Internet. XPL will give Summit attendees the opportunity to test the system out in mini-training sessions. Appointments aren't required to make use of it but XPL strongly recommends attendees do so.
The company utilizes advanced monitoring tools and protocols which assess brain and body activity in real-time. It is designed to provide remote services for the development of gaming skills that are required under pressure.
Xtreme Performance Lab founder and CEO, David A. Clarke said in a release: "Gamers must maintain peak mental performance at all times. Given the need for complete focus and strategic thinking during hours of play, mental training platforms like our NeuroPod PRO can elevate performance for eSports athletes around the world."
"The ability to keep emotions in check, manage anxiety, and maintain focus are all key components of successful gaming. Our training is customized to each gamer and gives them the tools needed to manage their internal environment regardless of what is going on around them," he explained.
The system is still awaiting patent but XPL seems confident enough that they will get it. The associated cost of using NeuroPod PRO will truly determine whether the system is ideal for esports pros and organisations everywhere or only top few.
