During the first game day of ESL One Mumbai 2019, the eight participating teams managed to play both opening matches, as well as determine the strongest in the 'winners' clash. 

TEAM TEAM are leading Group A and with two wins have taken the place in the top playoff grid. EternaLEnVy's team had to beat Natus Vincere (2:0) and TNC Predator (2:0). Keen Gaming were the strongest of Group B. The Chinese team repeated the success of the opponent from the opposite group and made it to the playoffs thanks to two dry victories.

Losers' meetings and the decisive matches are scheduled for today — at 8:30 CEST the day will start with a battle between NAVI vs compLexity Gaming, then Signify vs The Pango. Once the group stage ends and the playoff grid is set, teams will have a day to rest.

ESL One Mumbai kicked off yesterday and runs until Sunday, April 21. The tournament is held in the Indian administrative centre of Mumbai (formerly, Bombay). Eight teams in the GSL group stage and Double Elimination playoffs will compete for a prize pool of $300.000. One of the title sponsors of the tournament is the automobile concern Mercedes-Benz.
