Team Adroit, Geek Fam, IO Dota2, and Fnatic all make it to the Playoffs

The ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Southeast Asia Closed Qualifiers has just concluded its Group Stage. Following two days of intense Dota 2 action, the top two teams of both groups advance to the Playoffs. 

In Group A, we have Team Adroit in first place with 7 points, followed by IO Dota2 in second with 5. Geek Fam heads up Group B with 7 points as well, but Fnatic is hot on their heels with 6 points. BOOM Esports is the first team to secure a spot in StarLadder ImbaTV Minor Season 3 Southeast Asia Qualifier with only 3 points while Neon Esports is the first to be eliminated.

Group A will have a Tiebreaker between Reality Rift and TNC Predator, while Group B will see Cignal Ultra take on Lowkey Esports in the second Tiebreaker of the tournament. The outcome of both matches will determine the teams that will compete in the best-of-three Minor Qualifier Decider.

Playoffs

The ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Southeast Asia Closed Qualifiers Playoffs will take place tomorrow in a double-elimination bracket in a best-of-three series. The top three players will advance to ESL One Los Angeles 2020, while fourth place will receive a spot at the StarLadder ImbaTV Minor Season 3 Southeast Asia Qualifier. Team Adroit will face Fnatic in the first match of the day, followed by Geek Fam's match against IO Dota2

ESL One Los Angeles 2020 will take place at Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles, from March 14-22, 2020. The winners of the Southeast Asia Closed Qualifier will join 13 other teams for the chance to claim the lion's share of the $1 million prize pool.
