The team recently qualified for ESL Heroes of the Storm Global Championship Katowice

Russian Heroes of the Storm team GoogleIshetZont has been picked up by Epsilon eSports, the organization announced Sunday.

GIZ was formed by former Virtus.pro and Kiev6-1 players after the VP roster left the organization. The team recently qualified for the ESL Heroes of the Storm Global Championship Katowice by defeating Fnatic 2-1 in the first qualifier's semifinals.

The team also recently finished 5-6th in the Enter the Storm Europe Cup #4 after an 0-2 loss to Fnatic in the second round of the losers' bracket.

The new Epislon roster is as follows:

  • Andrey "AndyLendi" Pishikov
  • Vlad "Sphyx1" Trofimov
  • Ilya "Unnstable" Grigoriev
  • Alexey "Shtyr" Shytlenkov
