EPICENTER has announced a partnership with the Russian frozen food brand, Goryachaya Shtuchka. The deal will target EPICENTER 2019, the CS:GO tournament taking place in Moscow in less than two weeks.
The partnership will have Goryachaya Shtuchka provide fun activities with the hashtag #nextlevelfood and also sell its products during the event. The Russian food brand has partnered with EPICENTER in the past, but that time it was a Dota 2 Major. The fact that Goryachaya Shtuchka has agreed to a second deal indicates how successful the first was and could be a sign of more to come.
ABI Product marketing department director, Denis Martasov, spoke on the deal in a release:
“This is the second time we partner up with EPICENTER. This is a unique opportunity for complex communication in both online and offline environments, thanks to high emotional involvement and the esports audience’s transparency. We consider supporting esports a promising and worthwhile effort for the “Goryachaya Shtuchka” brand. Therefore, we plan to actively support it in the future onward, pulling out the stops on brand integration to the gaming environment.”
EPICENTER 2019 will take place from December 17-22 at Crocus Expo Hall, Moscow. The CS:GO tournament will have eight teams fight for a $500,000 prize pool.
