EPICENTER Major qualifications distribution and participants

EPICENTER Major organisers, referring to Valve, spoke about the allocation of quotas for their tournament. So, Europe and China will receive three slots at once, while all other regions — two. Fifteenth and sixteenth tickets will be awarded to the teams who are the best of StarLadder Ukraine Minor, which will be held June 10 to 16.

Such a decision by Valve looks quite logical, given that the winners of Chongqing, Stockholm and Paris Minors have reached top-6  of respective Majors (Vici Gaming has even won DreamLeague Season 11).

EPICENTER Major will be held in Moscow on June 22 to 30. One million dollars played, as well as the remaining four invitations to The International 2019. 

While Team Liquid and Team Secret decided who's the champion of Paris Major, the CIS second open qualification for the final rating tournament of the 2018/19 season came to an end. FlyToMoon, Andrei "ALWAYSWANNAFLY" Bondarenko's team, got into the closed qualifying round, beating Nemiga Gaming in the final. Aside from the Belarusian team, there were three relegated rosters — Vega Squadron, Pavaga Junior and The Pango. 

We remind you that the first qualification has been won by Black Hornets Gaming. FTM and BHG will compete for two tickets to the last Major of Dota Pro Circuit 2018-19 with Virtus.pro, Team Empire, Gambit Esports, Old but Gold, Natus Vincere and Winstrike Team. Competitions will be held on May 15 to 19.
