Epic has released Fortnite v8.10

Epic Games has released the newest update for Fortnite that introduces a lot of changes and new content to all the existing game modes, including Battle Royale, Creative and Save the World. The centre of attention is obviously Battle Royale, and the recently teased vehicle called The Baller makes its appearance with today’s patch.

There’re already plenty of gameplay videos in regards to the newest vehicle on YouTube. The Baller is a single-seater, and its armoured glass body protects the driver from any damage incoming. It is worth noting that The Baller isn’t completely invulnerable as it itself has limited health – 300 points, to be exact. The grapple attached at the front can be used to boost your vehicle in the desired direction or to pull up the cliffs. The patch notes say that The Baller can be found “at Expedition Outposts and around pirate camp loot stashes.” Vending machines have been altered significantly. Any material cost for items is now removed, although the machine will disappear once you’ve claimed an item.

There’s also another significant change to Battle Royale with combined crossplay pools between PS4 and Xbox One. Yup, it has finally happened – the future is now, old man.
