Eden Esport has announced that ENCE will be competing in the Champions Cup FInals, which will take place at InterContinental, St Julian's, from December 19-22.
The Finnish team is the first invited for the event, with only two more invitations left to send. The tournament also features one spot for the Chinese Champions Cup seed and four spots from the European Champions Cup, making a total of eight teams in the Finals.
ENCE has hit some hard times as they have failed to impress since replacing Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen with Miikka "suNny" Kemppi. They’ve exited four consecutive tournaments in the Group Stage.
ENCE will also be competing at the $500,000 CS:GO Asia Championships from November 20-24 at Jing'an Sports Center, Shanghai. They and five other teams serve as the tournament’s International Invites. To complete the lineup is one Chinese invite and the winner of the Chinese qualifier.
The Champions Cup Finals runs from December 19-22 in St Julian's in Malta, with a prize pool of $300,000.
