Ed Boon teases Mortal Kombat 11 Joker gameplay trailer

NetherRealm Studios has released four of the six Kombat Pack 1 DLC characters for Mortal Kombat 11. With Joker scheduled to arrive on January 28, creative director Ed Boon took to Twitter to tease the DC Comics villain's gameplay trailer. 

Boon didn't say much else, other than the video would be shared soon and a "bloody good time". Judging by the screenshot he shared, Boon could mean that quite literally as we can see Joker smiling in a wild spray of blood. 

When the video drops, we expect it will showcase the psychotic clown's Crushing Blows, Fatal Blow, one Fatality and a few other moves. The image shared could very well be a screenshot of the Fatality we'll see. Prior videos have dropped about a week before the characters arrive, so Joker's showcase could be any day now. 

The DLC characters added to the game so far are Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, The Terminator and Sindel, in that order. After Joker joins the roster, we'll be left with Spawn who arrives on March 17, 2020.

Fans can either purchase the entire Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack for $39.99 or individual characters for $5.99 instead. The bundle also gives players a week's early access to its characters.
