E3 2019: Tales of Arise - release confirmed
Tales of Arise confirmed at E3 2019 ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!
The latest entry in the "Tales of" series was revealed during Microsoft's Xbox E3 press conference with a flashy trailer.
Both the game's art direction and gameplay look a bit different from what we've been used to. It's sharing similarities with the "Shining Force" series in my opinion. This might be due to a change made in the development team.
This installment will have Yusuke Tomizawa (head of God Eater series) lead development. The game will also have English and Japanese voice overs to choose from. Besides English, the North American version will include Brazilian, Portuguese and Spanish subtitles.
This year, there were quite a number of pre-E3 leaks and Bandai Namco suffered a few. Tales of Arise had screenshots leaked last week which left a lot to the imagination and set things up nicely for the reveal.
The game will launch some time in 2020 on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
