Dying Light DLC prices rise with the size of The Following ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

"The Following" is the newest DLC for Dying Light and it features an enormous addition to the game. The DLC is so enormous, in fact, that Techland is upping the price of both the DLC on its own, and the season pass of Dying Light as a whole.

As offered in statements directly from Techland, The Following has turned out to exceed even their expectations as far as size goes. The DLC could easily be its own game, but the developer has stressed that they want to keep The Following as DLC. It features a map that encompasses the size of all previous Dying Light areas combined, new upgradable vehicles and a new story for players to unravel.

The Followings massive size has elicited a price hike. The DLC was originally slated to sell for $15, but will now sell for $20. Likewise, the season pass that includes The Following as well as all other DLC will go from $20 to $30. These changes are slated to take place on December 8th. At the very least, those who wish to cash in on the original pricing of the DLC will have till then to get in on it.

There is no official release date for The Following at this time, but Techland promised that details will come very soon.
