DreamLeague Season 11 - Playoff Day 1 recap

The third Major of the Dota 2 Pro Circuit 18/19 season reached the Playoffs. The last match between Team Secret and Vici Gaming ended late at night so that you could miss the latest mini-sensation of the tournament. We collected all the results of the previous gaming day in one short article.

PSG.LGD 2:0 Mineski

Team Secret 1:2 Vici Gaming

Natus Vincere continued the sad tradition of the “second” team from the CIS. “Born to win” ended their performance on Major with a modest top-16. EHOME annoyingly conceded Infamous, and PSG.LGD beat Mineski as it was expected. 

The most exciting battle, as befits a headliner, took place in the finals of the game day. Team Secret stumbled over Vici Gaming, and thereby significantly increased the number of individual matches in the tournament. Now Clement and the team will have to wade through the Lower Bracket, and there will be no room for error. Vici Gaming got a place in the winners' semi-final and almost a week of well-deserved rest.
