DreamHack Weekly's Dota tournament features €9,000 in prizes ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

DreamHack Weekly begins tomorrow, August 1 to end on September 29. It's a Dota tournament that will feature two qualifier events a week that begin at 15:00 CEST for €250 each. Side tournaments will also be held at 17:00 CEST for €50.

At the end of the month, finals will be held for the winners of all qualifiers that month, making 8 players in all. August 31 is the date for the first Monthly Final and September 27 is the second. Open Qualifiers will then follow on September 28 and the Grand Finals on September 29, which will have a prize of €2,000. 

The side tournaments are 1v1 competitions that will start about 90 minutes after the qualifiers and will only be open to players that were knocked out. Each Wednesday will also have Midweek Madness tournaments to be played for fun and €100.

A maximum number of 16 teams will be allowed to compete each day and all matches will be played online.
