DreamHack has announced the groups and brackets for all divisions of the upcoming DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 event. However, only the Europe and North America divisions will have a Group Stage, while Asia and Oceania will move right into the Playoffs.

Europe

May 19 - June 14

The teams have been split into four groups of four and will face off in a best-of-three round-robin format. The Group winners will advance to the Playoff Upper Bracket, while 2nd and 3rd place teams will move on to the Lower Bracket.

The Playoffs will feature a double-elimination bracket with best-of-three matches except for the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-five match instead. The Upper Bracket team will also be given a one map advantage during the finale.

  • 17:30 - G2 Esports vs. North

North America 

May 19 - June 14

Teams in this division have been split into two groups of four, with the tournament format the same as the Europe division.

  • 21:10 - Team Liquid vs. Bad News Bears

Asia

June 2-7

WIth no Group Stage, the teams go right to the double-elimination Playoffs, where they will play best-of-three matches. The Grand Final will feature a best-of-five match with the Upper Bracket team earning a one map advantage.

Wednesday, June 2

  • 20:00 - TYLOO vs. Beyond Esports

  • 23:30 - ViCi Gaming vs. Lucid Dream

Oceania

June 3-7

Just like Asia, the Oceania division jumps straight into the Playoffs with the same rules. Here’s what the DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 - Oceania day one match lineup looks like:

Thursday, June 3

  • 20:00 - ORDER vs. AVANT Gaming

  • 23:30 - Renegades vs. Chiefs Esports Club

DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 replaces Dreamhack Masters Jönköping 2020, which was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The event spans four regions with a total of 32 teams and a $300,000 prize pool.
