Swedish industry giant DreamHack has announced their calendar of upcoming tournaments. Next year the organizer expects to significantly expand the geography of his own influence - game festivals are planned on as many as three continents.
DreamHack Rio will be held for the first time in South America, the Swedish conquest will begin in April in Brazilian metropolis of Rio de Janeiro.
The company's CEO, Marcus Lindmark, commented on the new calendar:
"Plan for 2019 continue our course towards globalization. We also support the tradition of marking the 'Dreamhack Day' - December, 9th. This is a celebration in honour of the community that attends our events, as well as a sign of gratitude to the people who make these events safe! This year is an absolute reason to be proud of for our company. Nevertheless, we are already living in 2019. Our number one task is to become stronger in our positions and conquer new ones and to establish the most spectacular gaming festivals around the world!"
Now that the degree of inspiration meets the expectations of DreamHack's top management, we present a complete list of planned events:
DreamHack Leipzig (February, 15-17)
DreamHack Rio (April, 19-21)
DreamHack Tours, France (May, 17-19)
DreamHack Dallas (May, 31st – June, 2nd)
DreamHack Summer, Jönköping (June, 15-17)

By the way, on December, 9th, DreamHack turned 24 years old. If you missed a significant date - don't worry. You better try to find in the list of "globalization and unity" above at least one location from the CIS. Haven't found? And so did we.
