Dota Underlords have a lot of tactics and items that you'll need to make your victory easier. You have to fight not only with live opponents, but also against creeps, and you'll receive various items after it. You can learn them all from this guide.
All items are divided into five categories, depending on their effectiveness. Each character can only wear one thing, so remember that you can always change the "owner" of a particular object. The item can be both personal, which must be given to a certain hero, or global, which doesn't need to be equipped, but effects as an additional passive benefit.
- Blight Stone helps you to decrease the target's armour by 3 points — offensive item.
- Boots of Speed gives 100% Move Speed — support item.
- Brooch of the Martyr increases Mana gained from receiving damage by 50% — support item.
- Chainmail gives 5 Armor points — defensive item.
- Claymore helps your characters to attack faster, giving 21 Attack Damage — offensive item.
- Cloak gives +15% Magic Resistance — defensive item.
- Embarrassment of Riches gives you one additional item choice at neutral rounds — global item.
- Gloves of Haste adds +20 Attack Speed — offensive item.
- Souls Sucking Syphon allows allied units that are one cell away from Warlocks to heal for 25% of all damage caused by abilities and items — global item.
- Strange Bedfellows gives Demon Hunters +30% Pure Damage for each unique allied Demon unit — global item.
- Unstable Reactor allows allied Inventors to explode on death-dealing 20% of their Max Health to all enemies one cell away — global item.
- Vitality Booster gives you 250 Health points — defensive item.
- Aegis of the Immortal prevent your next loss of life and destroy Aegis — global item.
- Age of Chivalry provides an additional 10% damage reduction for each Non-Knight allied unit one cell away — global item.
- Arcane Boots restore 25 mana to all allies one cell away from the "owner", who has greater than 50% mana — support item.
- Blade Mail reflects 30% of damage taken back to the attacker — defensive item.
- Blink Dagger teleport behind enemy lines to the enemy farthest away from the equipped hero at the start of a battle — support item.
- Brooch of the Aggressor gives 100% Mana gained from attacks — support item.
- Completing the Cycle heals allies one cell away over time for 30% of its total health for 6 seconds after a Druid death — global item.
- Coordinated Assault: Troll units give +25% attack speed to allies one cell away — global item.
- Fall from Grace: human units counts as Heartless when counting Dota Underlords alliances — global item.
- Forged in Battle: Brawny units start the rounds +50 Max Health for every unit they have killed — global item.
- Indomitable Will make Debuffs last 50% as long on Human units — global item.
- Mask of Madness silences the hero, gives 10% Lifesteal and 40 Attack Speed — offensive item.
- Octarine Essence reduces the cooldown by 50% — support item.
- Silver Lining gets one gold when you lose a fight — global item.
- Smuggler: quality of items from neutral rounds are offered from 1 wave higher — global item.
- Summoning Stone provides 150 health and 30 attacks speed to allied summoned units — global item.
- Tooth and Claw: savage units apply a stackable ten damage per second bleed on attack — global item.
- Unstoppable helps Warriors to survive for an extra 2 seconds after receiving a killing blow — global item.
- Higher Class of Criminal: units in the shop offered as if you were 1 level higher — global item.
- Check the Bodies provides a 20% chance of producing one gold to scrappy units when they kill an enemy — global item.
- Dragon's Hoard: Dragon units gain 1% attack damage for every gold you own at the beginning of combat — global item.
- Elusive Targets: elusive units are invisible for the first 3 seconds of a fight — global item.
- Eye of Skadi gives 400 Health and slows enemies on attack — offensive item.
- Final Flash: Mages reset their cooldown and get full mana when below 30% health — global item.
- Font of Creation: Primordial units spawn Eidolons on death. Eidolons are weak ranged Primordial units that don't spawn Eidolons — global item.
- Hood of Defiance gives 50% Magic Resistance and 10 Health Regen — defensive item.
- Hunter's Focus: Hunters deal 10% extra attack damage for each other Hunter attacking the same target — global item.
- Mekansm heals allies up to three cells away for 250 health (once per battle) when the "owner" has less than 50% health — support item.
- Pocket Sand: Assassins blind enemies one cell away from where they land for two seconds (50% chance to miss) — global item.
- Retaliate deals 80 damage per second for 3 seconds to units attacking Scaled units. This timer resets each time the Scaled unit is attacked — global item.
- Sacred Relic gives 60 Attack Damage — offensive item.
- Shaman Pluck: units attacking a Shaman have a 5% chance of being turned into a chicken — global item.
- Skull Basher gives +25 attack damage and a 25% chance to stun targets for 1.5 second — offensive item.
- Vanguard gives +250 health and a 50% chance to block 70 damage when attacked — defensive item.
- Wicked Intent reduces opponent's healing by 25% per unique Heartless unit you have — global item.
- Battle Fury is only for Melee heroes: melee attacks cleave 30% damage to nearby units — offensive item.
- Black King Bar gives magic immune to "owner" once the first enemy has 100% mana (once per battle) — defensive item.
- Daedalus gives +80 attack damage and a 30% chance to crit hit for 235% damage — offensive item.
- Dagon deals 800 damage to a random enemy unit that has 50% or less health (once per battle) — offensive item.
- Friends and Family Discount makes all units are one gold cheaper — global item.
- Maelstrom gives 25% chance on attack to cast chain lightning for 100 damage to 4 targets — offensive item.
- Moon Shard gives 80 Attack Speed — offensive item.
- Radiance burns up to two cells away for 60 damage per second — offensive item.
- Refresher Orb refreshes all cooldowns and restores 50 mana after casting an ability (once per battle) — support item.
- Vicious Intent: each of your surviving units and summons deals one point of extra damage to opponents if they lose to you — global item.
- Assault Cuirass provides +15 attack speed and +10 armour to the "owner" and adjacent allies. Adjacent enemies have -15 attack speed and -10 armour — defensive item.
- Bloodthorn gives 70 attack damage and also silences the enemy hero for 5 seconds when it has more than 75% mana. Attacks against silenced hero can't miss and crit for 140% (10s cooldown) — offensive item.
- Desperate Measure helps your units to gain +1% attack damage per 5 points of damage your Underlord has taken — global item.
- Divine Rapier gives 330 attack damage. If Divine Rapier is in combat and you lose a current round to another player, they get the Divine Rapier — offensive item.
- Expanded Roster gives one unit cap — global item.
- Heart of Tarrasque gives 1000 health and regenerate 2% of max health every second — defensive item.
- Recruiter: the first reroll each round is free — global item.
- Shiva's Guard gives ten armour and emits a freezing wave that deals 250 damage to enemies within three cells and slows their movement and attack speed for 4 seconds (once per battle) — defensive item.
