Dota 2 - Which Heroes work well with Outworld Devourer?

Introduction

As we've said in some of our previous articles, Outworld Devourer is one of the strongest Dota 2 heroes in the game. Whenever this hero gets a few items, he is capable of doing insane amounts of damage, which can be game-breaking. However, before he gets to this state, he needs to have a decent laning stage. Unfortunately, this is not one of those heroes that's capable of farming really fast, so you need to play smart.

With that said, let's take a look at some of the best heroes that you pick to help OD shine.

Omnknight

Those of you who've played Dota 2 a few years ago probably remember one of the most dominating combos in Dota 2. Omni and Outworld Devourer were ripping through the competition so easily that both heroes got nerfed to the ground several times. Nowadays, you can see these two together sometimes but they're definitely not as strong as they used to be.

Ogre Magi

Ogre is another hero that can work very well with this hero but he needs some levels. Whenever he gets that Bloodlust and slow to level 4, OD can easily one-shot every enemy because he will have a lot of bonus attack speed and that target itself will be slow down.

Faceless Void

Void is one of those heroes that's popular with heroes that have huge AoE spells, which is why it's no surprise that he is good alongside OD. A good Chronospwhere can make all the difference in the world, especially during the later stages of the game. However, you have to be careful not to catch OD inside of the Chrono as well, because this is definitely not the best-case scenario.
