Introduction

Thanks to his passive ability, he can tank the entire enemy team while killing them because of his quill spam.

Omniknight

Omni can be one of the best defensive supports in the game whenever there are no counters against him. That's why it's no surprise that he works very well with Bristleback, which makes the already hard to kill hero nearly immortal. To make things worse for the enemies, both of these heroes have slows, so once they catch someone, escaping is pretty much impossible. Nevertheless, neither of them has a stun, so the target can potentially teleport.

Keeper of the Light

KotL and Bristleback is a combo that's as old as Dota 2 itself. These two heroes work very well together since the days of DotA because KotL allows Bristleback to be able to cast his spells all the time, without having to think about mana, which is really important. KotL and Bristleback are strong on their own but they don't have a stun, which can be an issue during the laning stage.

Grimstroke

Grimstroke is also a hero that's pretty good with Bristlebackl because he can use his stun and ultimate very easily, allowing BB to just run over his enemies. However, this combo is not that popular because there are other heroes that work better with Grim.
