Dota 2 - Which heroes are good against Storm Spirit?

Introduction

Storm Spirit is one of those heroes that is capable of doing tons of magical damage and eventually carry the game. However, in order for him to do that, he has to have a strong start, which is definitely easier said than done, especially against certain heroes.

With that said, let's take a look at a couple of heroes that are capable of making Storm Spirit's life a living hell.

Skywrath Mage

Skywrath Mage is that type of a hero that really shouldn't exist. He is one of the most annoying laners to be against because he is capable of doing tons of damage in a very short period of time. To make matters worse, he also has a silence that allows increases the magical damage you take, which makes it even harder to lane against.  That's why it doesn't come as a surprise that he is very good against Storm Spirit, at least during the laning stage.

Tinker

While it's true that Storm Spirit can be considered as one of the best heroes against Tinker, that only applies if he gets a good start. Without it, Storm is literally a walking kill for Tinker, who is one of the highest magical damage dealers in Dota 2. In a direct laning matchup, Tinker absolutely demolishes Storm, which is also worth mentioning.

Meepo

Last, but not least, we have Meepo. Although this hero suffers a lot against storm in the laning stage, once it's over, he can make Storm's life very, very hard. After the root mechanism in the game was changes, Meepo is capable of locking down Storm Spirit in place long enough to be able to score a kill.
