With The International 2019 less than three weeks away and last weekend's DOTA Summit 10 representing the last major tournament this season, Valve has decided to release a new update.
Patch 7.22f will quite possibly be the version played at TI9, bringing with it a variety of small changes to several heroes and only one change to an item. Aghanim's Blessing has its recipe cost reduced from 2000 to 1800 gold to make things easier on player pockets.
Sven receives his sixth nerf in a row, with Storm Hammer's stun duration slightly reduced and Centaur Warrunner's Retaliate getting some damage reduction. Juggernaut's early stats were made even lower than before, possibly in the hopes of him becoming less popular. Immortal Wraith King also has his Mortal Strike's mana cost increased and Wraithfire Blast’s damage decreased.
Mid-laners that received nerfs are Outworld Devourer, Ember Spirit, and Morphling. Other heroes to receive debuffs include Spirit Breaker, Ancient Apparition, and Omniknight.
As far as buffs go, Tinker received one of the biggest buffs to his level 10 and 15 talents. Some of the other heroes that were buffed includes Tusk, Underlord, Weaver and Zeus.
