Apart from being one of the biggest MOBA games in the world, Dota 2 is also famous for having an incredible eSports scene. In fact, this is considered to be the largest eSports when it comes down to the prizepools of the events, which can range go up to $34,000,000 in the case of TI 9. As a result, there are more and more people who want to get into pro dota than ever. However, this is definitely easier than done, especially nowadays.

Having said that, today, we will take a look at some of the idols that players may have. Despite the fact that they are playing in the hardest position in Dota 2, offlaners tend to be very underrated.

Let's take a look at the top three most famous offlane players in pro Dota.

Ivan Borislavov is a Bulgarian player that currently plays for Team Nigma. He first became famous a couple of years ago when he played for a Bulgarian team. However, this didn't go well, which is why he left teamless.

Luckily, Kuroky reached out to him and together, they've created Team Liquid, which turned out to be one of the most successful Dota 2 teams in the world, even winning TI 7 three years ago. Now, the roster decided to leave Team Liquid so that they can create their very own organization.

Up next, we havet he ex-OG offlaner who also happens to be a two-times TI winner - Ceb. Words are not enough to describe the impact that this player had in the professional Dota 2 scene in the last couple of years. He is a master tactition that also playes very aggressively in the offlane. This suited OGs playstyle extremely well, which is why the team had so much success during TI 8 and 9.

Last, but not least, we have Zai, the wonderkid who is one of the best players in the world. Unlike the two players mentioned above, this one used to play for several top teams in the last couple of years. However, since he became a part of Team Secret, it seems like he won't be going anywhere soon.

Zai has proven himself as a very strong player that's capable of carrying his team even from a position that usually doesn't do it.
