Every Dota 2 patch brings new changes to the table. In some cases, there are Dota 2 heroes that change their playstyle drastically. In the case of patch 7.25, it changed a lot of things in the game. Apart from the usual changes to some of the abilities, some heroes now use an entirely different item build, and one of those heroes is Juggernaut.

He is a carry that often adapts to the meta because he is always a popular pick. Having said that, here are some of the best items that you can get for Juggernaut in the current meta.

Mask of Madness

This was one of the most popular items for Juggernaut back in the days and it's getting more and more popular now. It's a fairly inexpensive item that provides a lot of offensive capabilities, which is why most players tend to buy it very early on. After the changes to Omnislash, Mask of Madness is extremely strong because Juggernaut does a lot more damage while he is under the effect of his ultimate.

Aghanim's Scepter

The second item for Juggernaut that's flourishing right now is Aghs. After the new patch came to live, this item no longer upgrades his ultimate. Instead, it provides an entirely new ability that's basically a mini omnislash. However, it has a lot less cooldown and cost less mana, which makes it very appealing during all stages of the game. What's more, the entire item isn't all that expensive, so if Juggernaut has a good game, he can purchase it fairly early on.

Abyssal Blade

The last item on this list is an Abyssal Blade. This one has been extremely popular among every carry hero, which is why it's no surprise that Jugg is also here. In fact, it's not even better after Valve decided to make it teleport you to the target. As a result, Juggernaut can easily rip through his enemies in just a matter of seconds.
