Valve released the patch notes for a small client update yesterday, which focuses mostly on player reporting in the game.

Players will no longer have more reports available than intended, and low priority penalties are now adjusted. The "Disruptive Gameplay" and “Cheating or MMR Abuse” report types were added while "Intentional Feeding" and "Ability Abuse" were removed.

Players can now also report enemies for "Cheating or MMR Abuse" to help detect boosting and cheating. Enemy and ally communication get slight changes to reporting and adjustments to the behavior score for each report type.

The update weighs in at 49.0 MB (with tools). You can find the full patch notes here
