What is expected to be the biggest Dota patch of the year, Dota 2 Outlander has been confirmed by Valve developer cameron_dev to arrive on Tuesday, November 26.

Fans have been anticipating any real news regarding the release date of Outlanders for some time now. Valve hasn’t made an official announcement regarding the release date but cameron_dev’s post is just as good as one.

Prior to the post, all fans knew was that Outlanders would be arriving sometime after MDL Chengdu Major. Valve has been known to delay the release of its updates but the situation with Outlanders has left fans and pros with patch 7.22 for about six months, the longest in the game’s history. There have been smaller patches since 7.22, but they’re just that, small.

The long-awaited Dota 2 Outlanders update will arrive on November 26 to shake up the meta and introduce the new heroes, Snapfire and Void Spirit to the Dota 2 roster.
