Dota 2 main client update

The new Dota 2 patch is a small one that comes in at 123.5 MB, with its major highlight being a change to Bounty Runes. There are also a couple of fixes across the board. 

Guides

• Neutral items can now be suggested in guides. 

• Fixed default Phantom Assassin guide. 

DotaPlus

• Invoker's sunstrike kills challenge rescaled from 4/7/10 to 1/2/3. 

• Kunkka's aghanims ghostship challenge replaced with "Deal 1000/2000/3000 damage to enemy Heroes with Torrent Storm."

• Lion's multi hero Earth Spike challenge bug fixed. 

Gameplay

Bounty Rune 

Bounty Runes are now locked to 5-minute intervals in terms of their gold value. This means a 6-minute bounty isn't higher than a 5 minute one. 

Repair kit sound

Sound added upon repair kit usage. 

Other:

• Solar Crest's tooltip typo fixed. 

• Added localization.
