Dota 2: Four Heroes That are Strong Against Huskar

Introduction

There are many annoying heroes in Dota 2 that are capable of making your life a living hell. It's safe to say that one of the "leaders of the pack" in this regard is Huskar. Even though some people underestimate his power, this hero has the power to billy you out of the lane and snowball out of control at any point.

That's why it is very important to know what heroes to pick whenever you see Huskar. Let's dive in.

Windranger

Even though the latest patches kind of disrupted WR's power against Huskar, this still remains one of the strongest heroes against this hero. He has more range, more damage, and faster attack animation, which makes laning against Huskar a walk in the park. As if that's not enough, this hero can also use his Windrun ability, which will give him 100% evasion against Huskar attacks, making it very easy to kill the annoying hero. However, you need to be very careful not to overextend because Huskar is one of those heroes that will punish this.

Ursa 

Ursa is widely regarded as one of the best one versus one hero, which is why it makes him a great choice versus Huskar. However, unlike Windranger, Ursa is only good against Huskar once she gets a couple of items. The laning stage is not really that good because Huskar is a ranged hero, which is why Ursa might have a lot of problems.

Slark

Slark is very similar to Ursa in what we've said. Terrible in the laning stage but extremely useful early on, the annoying but deadly frog can absolutely demolish Huskar, especially if he buys a Silver Edge. That said, securing a good laning stage for Slark is easier said than done because there are many heroes that will try to stomp him early on.

Outworld Devourer

This hero wouldn't have made it on this list before but after Huskar's ability is now different, OD is a legit counter that can literally one-shot the hero. That said, this can only happen if OD has a solid lead because the during the early and mid game, the hero is just not that strong.
