Dota 2 7.26a deploys a number of changes to items along with buffs and nerfs for many heroes

Dota 2 7.26a is making a lot of changes to items and heroes in the game. Boots and other items across the board have seen a change from percentages to whole numbers, and vice versa. A number of heroes also see nerfs in 7.26a, while a few get buffs.
