Don’t miss Fallout 76 beta session tonight and on Thursday

Fallout 76 beta schedule explained.

Bethesda is applying a unique approach to beta testing of Fallout 76 and lets players in for limited sessions. If you have preordered the game and applied for the beta program, there’s a good chance that you’ll get an invite. But it doesn’t mean that you can just log in and play, because there is a schedule of sessions during which the game will be live.

Between now and the release there will be 1 beta test session, see the schedule below:

Why Bethesda is doing this?

In a recent open letter to the community, Bethesda explained, that Fallout 76 is a unique project for the company because it’s an online only game. The studio wants to make it right and beta test will help to show if both the client and the servers are ready.

The and 6-hour sessions force players to log on at the same time to stress-test the game servers. With the control over the number of players from different platforms who received an invitation to the beta program, Bethesda knows what to expect on the release day.

Fallout 76 will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 14. See you in the field!
