Following Philip "aizy" Aistrup's departure from Team Dignitas', Jacob "Pimp" Winneche has stepped down from the team's active roster.

Dignitas have replaced their star duo with Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke, formerly of SK Gaming, and the Copenhagen Wolves' Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel.

RUBINO joins Dignitas from the Copenhagen Wolves, who claimed a Top 4 finish at DreamHack Open London, but CPH's roster was left incomplete following the selling of Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad to G2 Esports at the end of September.

k0nfig, although lacking the tournament experience of RUBINO, has had recent stints playing for the notable Danish rosters of SK Gaming and Reason Gaming.

In the past, neither RUBINO or k0nfig have shown they are capable of the star-caliber performances like aizy has had, but both are strong players with potential for improvement.

The shuffle of players leaves dignitas' roster as follows:

  • Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye
  • Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen
  • Jesper "tenzki" Plougmann
  • Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke
  • Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel
