Hey there, all you demonlovers! We continue our Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) guide series with an article on how to unlock the Infinite Devil Trigger. We are talking about the purple bar under the health bar, which is used to activate special skills and transform the game's main characters.
How to unlock the Infinite Devil Trigger
- Complete the game on Human or Devil Hunter difficulty levels;
- Once again complete the game, but on Son of Sparda difficulty level;
- And the third time — Dante Must Die (this is not a call, it is, well, difficulty level, who would have thought).
Hurray! Now you have special costumes for each character. Before missions (on any difficulty), you can from this moment choose a super suit that gives endless Devil Trigger.
It is worth noting that when using endless Devil Trigger you get 80% fewer style points at the end of the mission. This makes it impossible to earn S-ranks, so no easy-peasy achievements, bros and sis. These super costumes are made more for fun and to overcome hellish opponents.
How does Infinite Devil Trigger work?
When you activate the devil's form, the Devil Trigger bar, as always, reduces. When the stock runs out, the character you are playing will change back to his normal form. But unlike the classic Dante, Nero and V, heroes in super-skins will constantly accumulate demonic power.
