Death Stranding: How to Repair and Change Boots

Introduction

Death Stranding is one of the hottest titles right now because it offers unique gameplay. That said, sometimes it might be a little bit too realistic, even for those that like realistic games. Similar to nearly every other aspect of Death Stranding, your boost will lose a lot of their durability when you use them too much. In other words, if you don't buy new shoes or if you don't repair the old ones, they will eventually run out of the tread. If that happens, you will not only become slower, but you will also start losing health when you walk.

Let's take a look and see how can you actually change and/or repair your boosts in Death Standing. It's not as hard as it seems, so let's dive in.

Repairing and Changing your boots - How to do it?

Before we begin, it is essential to know that you can't really repair your boots like some other objectives in Death Stranding. Luckily, there are many better options out there, such as creating your very own set of shoes using all kinds of the so-called "Safe House" materials you can find.

In order to do that, you need to go to the safe house and then activate the crafting section. Once you do that, you will have to click on the crafting part, and that's where you can create your very own pair of shoes.

However, sometimes it might be impossible to go to a Safe House and do all the things we mentioned above. For example, if you are exploring the wilderness of this awesome game, you won't be able to find a Safe House too easy. That's why there are other ways of fixing your boots, such as the Sandalweed. This is a ubiquitous thing that you can find and use it as boots instead. Alternatively, you can also look for new kicks in may different places.

Whatever you do, don't be tempted to walk without any boots because you will die in just a matter of minutes. That's if you happen to have a vehicle that you can use, you should definitely rush and go to a Safe House and get boots.
