Following their exit from Flashpoint 1 last weekend under the FunPlus Phoenix banner, Bad News Bears has decided to replace Austin "crashies" Roberts with Will "dazzLe" Loafman.
According to a Dust2.us report, the North American player chose to leave the organization to pursue a career in Riot Games' upcoming tactical shooter, VALORANT. Before his departure, crashies helped the squad reach the Flashpoint 1 Playoffs, where they suffered two back-to-back losses that sent them out of the final stage of the tournament.
Since Team Singularity released its North American roster in January, dazzLe has been mostly inactive. He did, however, compete in the Flashpoint Season 1: North American Open Qualifier #1 for New Patrol, where they finished 3rd-4th. The biggest event he's competed in of recent was ESL Pro League Season 10 - Americas with Team Singularity, where they finished 7th-8th.
Here's the current Bad News Bears roster:
-
Peter "ptr" Gurney
-
Mitch "mitch" Semago
-
Jonathan "Jonji" Carey
-
Michael "dapr" Gulino
-
Will "dazzLe" Loafman
A number of CS:GO players (retired and otherwise) have made the jump to VALORANT. Just these past few weeks, we've seen Braxton "Brax" Pierce, Keven "AZK" Larivière, and Tyson "TenZ" Ngo signup for the upcoming title.
