Crushing performance from Imperial at the WESG Regional Finals brings them the first LAN victory

Outshined by the Secret drama raised last night, the Danes from Imperial swept through Team Ukraine and Horde to place first at WESG regional qualifiers LAN from Kiev, Ukraine.

The ex-Danish Bears boys, now playing under the Imperial banner, have put a target on their back last night after they defeated the more experienced players of  Na’Vi - part of Team Ukraine and Akke’s team, Horde, to secure their first ever LAN tournament victory. Their fresh game approach with unconventional drafts in a meta that stagnates for months, took Imperial’s adversaries by surprise. Support Pudge, mid lane cores like Warlock and Silencer, plus an offlane Centaur were Imperial’s weapons last weekend in Kiev.

Recently invited at DreamLeague Season 6, Imperial and the three Na’Vi players defeated by them last night, will meet again towards the end of this month in the league play counting for the DreamHack LAN finals.
