Croatian esports organization CR4ZY has made its entry into competitive Dota 2 with the signing of the North American team, Fighting PandaS. Picking up the entire roster, Kurtis "Aui_2000" Daniel Ling and the boys will be flying the CR4ZY flag from now on.

Not only does this bring the organization into a new esports scene, but it also means they now have a presence in North America. However, the excitement doesn't end just yet as the team will have their debut match under the new banner tomorrow at StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3 in Kyiv. The Ukraine event will run from March 5-8, featuring a $300,000 prize pool, 660 DPC points, and a single ticket to ESL One Los Angeles.

Fighting PandaS has been on a rollercoaster ride of late. They were left in a tight situation after the team's position 1 player Jacky "EternaLEnVy" Mao and position 2, Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu left them for Cloud9 with barely two weeks to prepare for the upcoming Minor. Luckily, they were able to secure Oliver "Skiter" Lepko and Maurice "KheZu" Gutmann some days after.

Since their formation in late August 2019, Fighting pandaS went on to win the World Electronic Sports Games 2019 North America Finals. They also attended ESL One Hamburg 2019, MDL Chengdu Major, and Midas Mode 2 - Americas. The team secured their spot at the upcoming StarLadder Minor by finishing second place at the WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 North America Qualifier and were the first team to defeat the WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 winners Nigma during the tournament, 2:1.

Here's the CR4ZY Dota 2 roster:

  • Kurtis "Aui_2000" Daniel Ling – Captain/Support

  • David "MoonMeander" Boon Yang Tan – Support

  • Maurice "KheZu" Alexander Gutmann – Offlane

  • Jonathan "Bryle" Santos De Guia – Mid

  • Oliver "skiter" Lepko – Carry

  • Dooyoung "DuBu" Kim – Coach

  • Christina "LazyLotus" Thi Terixa Hoang – Team Manager

CR4ZY will face Alliance, Gambit Esports, and NoPing e-sports in Group B. Their first best-of-three match of the event will be against Gambit Esports. If they manage to make it into the Playoffs, they'll have to take on the winners from Group A's lineup of  BOOM Esports, business associates, forZe, and Team Aster.

With their eyes set on The International 2020, CR4ZY gives TI5 winner Aui_2000 and the rest of the team another shot at the highly coveted championship title.
