CR4ZY has benched Roma "dOBRIY" Rusak and Igor "dERZKIY" Radosavlevich for Evgeniy "7oX1C" Motsevoy and Sergiy "DemQQ" Demchenko, according to a release on the organization's website.
The two new additions in 7oX1C and DemQQ are both 18-year-olds with very little official competitive CS background. But, despite this, CR4ZY seems to have seen something in the young guns by replacing two more established players.
Ivan "Johnta" Shevtsov, head coach for CR4ZY, released a statement regarding the decision to change the roster:

This project is about a long-run. We understand that we need time to get a results we aim for when we formed this roster but the pace we had was not as fast as we felt it has to be. So we decided to make this change to see how it will work.
With these changes, CR4ZY CS:GO is now made up of:
- Sergey "Sergiz" Atamanchuk
- Alexandr "Psycho" Zlobin
- Dimitry "SENSEi" Shvorak
- Sergiy' DemQQ' Demchenko
- Evgeniy' 7oX1C' Motsevoy
- Ivan "Johnta" Shevtsov (Coach)
- Igor "dERZKIY" Radosavlevich (Benched)
