North American esports organization Cloud9 has announced a partnership deal with Copenhagen-based travel gear brand Maika’i. The announcement coincided with the launch of three travel products on Cloud9’s store.

The first three products available from the collaboration are hardbags, power banks, and mouse bungees. No additional terms have were shared in connection to the deal, but this doesn’t rule out the possibility of more to come.

The Maika’i brand focuses on providing high-end travel-gear for gamers, making their products valuable to not just Cloud9 but also their players. The travel-gear company is also a sponsor of the Esports Awards, with this year’s event taking place on November 16 at the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center, Texas.

The deal provides Cloud9 fans with a selection of somewhat unique items in comparison to similar esports partnerships. Their Maika’i products target hardcore gamers and help expand their brand across Europe in particular.

In October, Cloud9 partnered with esports merchandising company We Are Nations to launch and operate their European merchandise store.
