Younes "CCL" Lazaar will not be playing at Capcom Cup, according to a tweet the player made Monday.
Oh well looks like I won't be playing @XianMSG, I can't go to capcom cup after all :( I'm so sorry everyone @CapcomFighters :(

CCL qualified for Capcom Cup based on global points after placing first at VSFIghting and FFM Rumble, fourth at Sonic Boom 2016 and seventh at Kakutop League 5. At the end of the season he was ranked 19th on the global leaderboards, and was set to play against Ho-Kun "Xian" Xian in the first round of the Cup. He hasn't said why he won't be able to attend the event.
CCL's withdrawal follows yesterday's news that Fujimura "Yukadon" Atsushi will replace Tse "Tse444" Wa Ping, who was also unable to attend the event.
Capcom Cup is set to begin on Dec. 2 at Esports Arena in Santa Ana, Calif. When the Top 8 bracket is set, the tournament will move to PlayStation Experience 2016 at the Anaheim Convention Center on Dec. 3.
