In a recent tweet, the official Street Fighter V account announced that the late April server maintenance had been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Capcom didn’t share a new ETA, which means all our current issues with the game, including those introduced by the last patch, will remain for a while longer. Issues Capcom singled out include the antenna display on the battle confirmation screen and specific characters’ inward hitbox.

Once more, COVID-19 affects the development of yet another game, and with most players forced to find opponents online, it's not a good time to have gameplay and online bugs running wild.
The last patch introduced to Street Fighter V: Champion Edition was in late March, which made adjustments to matchmaking conditions for ranked and casual matches.
