Indonesian esports organization, BOOM Esports has secured a ticket to ONE Esports Dota 2 Invitational Jakarta after defeating Team Oracle in the Indonesia Qualifier Grand Finals.
The team formerly known as BOOM ID was invited to compete in the Qualifier event against the winners of the Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia Open Qualifiers, namely Tyrants Uprising, Team Oracle, and T1, respectively.
The second qualifier event for the ONE Esports Dota 2 Invitational Jakarta took place in Kuala Lumpur for teams from the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. In that event, the invited organization, Reality Rift, also won, beating Cignal Ultra, 496 Gaming, and MS Chonburi to the top.

The One Esports Dota 2 Jakarta Invitational was postponed from April 2020 to November and merged with the recently announced ONE Esports Dota 2 Indonesia Invitational due to the health concerns regarding the spread of coronavirus COVID-19.
The November event will be one of the largest tournaments organized by the One Esports in Southeast Asia.
