BIG and Orgless make it out of the FLASHPOINT Global Qualifier and into FLASHPOINT Season 1.
BIG didn't have the best start to the FLASHPOINT Global Qualifier after losing the opening best-of-one series to DETONA. But, the Germans regained and blew through the tournament after their initial loss. Florian "syrsoN" Rishce finished the FLASHPOINT Global Qualifier with a 1.27 HLTV rating and a 0.81 KPR.
Orgless came into the event as an underdog, for the most part. But, they proved their doubters wrong and qualified for FLASHPOINT Season 1 without organization representation. Their entry into the league will more than likely see them picked up by an organization in the coming days, but we will have to wait and see. Regardless though, the players on Orgless will now be paid a $5,000 monthly salary for being a part of the league until an organization picks them up due to the structure offered by FLASHPOINT. Gage "Infinite" Green showed up for Orgless and helped take down his former teammates on Chaos EC in the grand finals. Infinite finished the FLASHPOINT Global Qualifier with a 1.32 HLTV rating and a 0.89 KPR.
FLASHPOINT Season 1 will begin on March 13 and take place in Los Angeles, California. The complete list of teams competing in the league is not released as of this moment.
