Xbox CEO Phil Spencer said Microsoft has completed the acquisition of ZeniMax Media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks. Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios will also come under the wing of the American giant. They will join Obsidian Entertainment, Rare, Mojang Studios, inXile Entertainment, and many other big names.
