The list of available tasks of Grand Operations mode in Battlefield V has expanded today with a new event. The Battle of Hannut is available for free and offers a mix of classic modes — the mission starts with Airborne, then the rules are changed to Breakthrough, and the final act is played according to the rules of Rush and Final Stand. We expect the return of a separated Rush mode on March 7, but with a total of 32 players, while here we have 64 participants.
Grand Operations is based on the ideas of Operations from Battlefield 1, which, to be honest, were quite good and people liked them. In contrast to the source of inspiration, the battle takes place within several game days in the current mode, and the outcome of each day dictates unique rules to players and affects the following steps.
Also, we remind you that in the spring DICE plans the release Firestorm (a local Battle Royale mode).
