In EA devblog post it is stated, it will be no changes in gameplay, vehicles, maps or weapons. Available classes/gadgets and vehicles are listed in this post.

Creators aim is to improve player's progress system, checking new movement system features and server stress-testing in live game environment.

Access to the second alpha is given only for invited people and those that got one for the first test.

“Remember that this is a short but critical playtest and will need as many invited players as possible to flood our Closed Alpha servers in order to make it successful”, says Alexander Hassoon, live producer.

The game will be released on the 9th of October. If you are not very patient, you can try to apply for alpha or pre-order Battlefield V.
