B Site announces qualifiers with $100,000 prize pool

B Site has released details into how teams will qualify for their league, along with a $100,000 prize pool.

The online qualifiers are set to begin on February 5 and will run through February 17. The qualifiers have three different regions specified in Europe, North America, and South America.

According to HLTV, B Site has stated that if a team were to make the league without the backing of an organization, B Site would provide a monthly stipend of $5,000 for each player during the season.

The B Site league has been a hot topic for the 2020 CS:GO season due to controversial decisions made by ESL regarding their Pro League. The two leagues seem to be in fierce competition with one another over acquiring top teams to compete in their league. Teams will have to choose between the B Site league or ESL Pro League Season 11 since they will be running at the same time. It is still unclear which league some of the top teams will choose.

• Closed Qualifier - February 14-17
