AVANGAR becomes the seventh team invited to attend Games Clash Masters 2019 in Gdynia, Poland. The tournament features a prize pool of $100,000 and will be held from September 20-22.
The Kazakhstan team joins AGO, Aristocracy, BIG, FURIA, Illuminar and Sprout in the tournament with only one slot left open. Whichever team takes the last spot, the event already promises to be an exciting tournament with all the talent already confirmed to attend.
Following it's 9th-11th finish at Intel Extreme Masters XIII - Katowice Major, AVANGAR's performance has seen a decline. It should also be noted that since Dauren "AdreN" Kystaubayev joined the roster, the team has only played at one LAN event, EMF CS:GO World Invitational. Losing to FURIA 3-1 in a best-of-five series, Games Clash Masters 2019 makes the perfect opportunity for AVANGAR to gain experience playing together and possibly even get revenge on FURIA.
Check out the WePlay! Podcast video below to get a deeper look into the personality of the CS:GO player called AdreN.
