Astralis coming to São Paulo

BLAST Pro Series, which will be held in Brazilian São Paulo in March, will meet Astralis as the main competitors — RFRSH Entertainment have announced.

This is hardly a surprise because both Astralis and BLAST Pro Series are owned by RFRSH, by the way. Astralis, who have had a very decent 2018, are usual attendees of BLAST Pro Series Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament, hitting silver at BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen 2017, gold at Istanbul and Lisbon, bronze at Copenhagen in 2018.

Astralis was arguably the best team in competitive CS:GO in 2018 season — and they may want to continue their win streak. Medals at DreamHack Marseille, ESL Pro League Season 7 Finals, IEM Chicago and ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals provided them with an invitation for their first ever Intel Grand Slam.

The squad is still strong in 2019 — they've almost snapped another gold at iBUYPOWER Masters 4.
