How to launch Apple Arcade – List of supported devices
Apple Arcade is available in the list of launch services for smartphones and tablets with an iOS 13 upgrade. A public version of the system will also appear on September 19 for the following devices:

Support for Apple Arcade on Mac OS Catalina PCs and laptops will appear in October. All of the iPad and Apple TV models will have access on September 30.
Apple Arcade – Subscription price
The first month of the Apple Arcade subscription is entirely free, and after the trial, you will need to pay $ 4.99. All games from the library will not require an active Internet connection, and there are no microtransactions and advertising.
