The latter not only grossed $2 billion in two weeks but is also the highest grossing superhero film and the world's second highest grossing film of all time.
Yoriaki Mochizuki, story artist of "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" (2018) and a couple of Lego movies, is the Supervising Director. The Canadian animation studio Bardel Entertainment, known for "Teen Titan Go!" and "Rick & Morty" will handle animation. The series will also be produced by Octopie, an animation network and studio "dedicated to empowering and investing in the new generation of content creators." With all these talented hands on deck, the show is looking to be a huge hit.
